Export Documentation Officer

To prepare complete set of export documents timely and accurately, including Letter of Credit documents and document that is required by importing statutory authorities.
- To liaise and negotiate with shipping line, shipping agent, or freight forwarder to obtain Bill of Lading (BL), identify and resolve any discrepancies as required.
- To liaise with Chamber of Commerce, government agencies and etc, for documents / certificate endorsement, certificate issuance on a timely manner.
- To work closely internally with Sales, Operation and Finance team to provide quality service to customers.
- To handle customer's inquiry about shipping documents.
- To prepare and file all documents physically and digitally.
- Responsible for any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any related field of studies.
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in export documentation.
- Hands on experience in Letter of Credit preparation.
- Computer literate and well versed in use of Microsoft Excel.
- Good communications skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Able to interact with all levels of peoples.
- Must be proactive, independent and a self starter.
- Team player, resourceful and tactful.
- Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.

RM2, RM3,100.00 per month
