Kepong, Malaysia Promac Enterprises Sdn Bhd Full time

To prepare complete set of export documents timely and accurately, including Letter of Credit documents and document that is required by importing statutory authorities.


  • To liaise and negotiate with shipping line, shipping agent, or freight forwarder to obtain Bill of Lading (BL), identify and resolve any discrepancies as required.
  • To liaise with Chamber of Commerce, government agencies and etc, for documents / certificate endorsement, certificate issuance on a timely manner.
  • To work closely internally with Sales, Operation and Finance team to provide quality service to customers.
  • To handle customer's inquiry about shipping documents.
  • To prepare and file all documents physically and digitally.
  • Responsible for any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any related field of studies.
  • Preferably with 2 years of working experience in export documentation.
  • Hands on experience in Letter of Credit preparation.
  • Computer literate and well versed in use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communications skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Able to interact with all levels of peoples.
  • Must be proactive, independent and a self starter.
  • Team player, resourceful and tactful.
  • Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.

Job Types:

Pay:
RM2, RM3,100.00 per month
