REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Experience and knowledge of businesses and operations within the Capital A ecosystem
  • Experience and knowledge in process improvement and change management e.g. Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience in project management, including ability to handle grouplevel and crossfunctional initiatives
  • Data management and analytical capability
  • Knowledge and skills to conduct indepth market research
  • Ability to compile and present data and information professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing (reports, presentation decks, diagrams, process flows, etc)
