Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all administrative matters, including but not limited to human resources, succession plans, data management, legal, compliance and general affairs.
  • To interact with the Board of Directors, Audit Committees & Corporate Office by providing reports & information to ensure timely updates & compliant structure.
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative towards operational excellence.
  • Oversee overall company administrative management, planning, systems and controls; Reviewing of monthly, quarterly and annual sustainability & compliance reports.
  • Annual budgeting, forecast and control of all Administrative Departments.
  • Providing administrative related advice for strategic organization, sustainability, data management, disaster recovery strategies, compliance practices, as well as any other administration related aspect.
  • Effectively manage lawyers, company secretaries, service providers, employees' union and other stakeholders for a successful working relationship.
  • To ensure all department within Administration division complies to all government rules, law & regulation.
  • Reports company status by developing company wide plans, implementing them, reporting results, analyzing variances, and develop improvements/recovery efforts.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, multiple priorities, and demanding Customers, in a fast-moving & constantly changing environment.
  • Provide leadership, team development, and communication to all staffs in the functions of General Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Information Technology, EHS, Human Resources & Organizational Development.
  • Mentor department heads within Administration Division as to motivate & guide junior executives for better performance and higher efficiency.
  • Assess potential risk in administrative operations and develop timely strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and security measures are always in place.
  • Generate & present regular reports on key performance indicators and divisional metrics to executive directors and the Board of Directors.

Salary:
RM18, RM20,000.00 per month
