We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior FP&A Manager. This role will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and analysis leadership across SEA.

Description

  • Lead the development and execution of accurate and insightful financial plans and forecasts for the business units. Partner with key stakeholders across the business (including regional heads, department heads) to understand their needs and translate them into actionable financial plans.Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improved performance.Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional finance teams, fostering a collaborative and data-driven financial planning culture.Prepare the FP&A budgeting process, ensuring timely and accurate budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.Prepare clear and compelling financial presentations and reports for senior management, effectively communicating complex financial information.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in FP&A.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a FP&A role, with prefably regional exposure.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial planning and analysis processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated experience as a trusted finance business partner, providing strategic financial guidance to business leaders.Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, Hyperion Planning).
