Description

Lead the FP&A team in developing and maintaining accurate and insightful financial models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with strategic objectives.Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to translate business strategies into actionable financial plans.Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including market research, competitor analysis, and cost-variance analysis, to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, ensuring clear and concise communication of key financial metrics.Manage and implement financial risk assessments and mitigation strategies.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices within the FMCG sector.Lead continuous improvement initiatives for FP&A processes and systems.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.15 years of experience in a senior FP&A role within the FMCG industry (preferred).Proven track record of leading and mentoring a high-performing FP&A team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders across all levels.Proficient in financial reporting principles and accounting software.A strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its dynamics (highly desirable).
