We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Regional FP&A Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a strategic business partner, providing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support across our SEA operations. You will partner with business leaders to develop financial plans, forecasts, and budgets, and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Description

  • Business Partnering:Partner with business unit leaders across the SEA to become a trusted advisor, proactively understanding their strategic goals and financial needs.Translate financial data and trends into clear, concise, and actionable insights for business leaders.Participate in strategic planning discussions, providing financial analysis and recommendations to support informed decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment between financial plans and business objectives.Identify and communicate potential financial risks and opportunities to business unit leaders.
Financial Planning & Analysis:Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts for the SEA, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.Analyze financial performance and identify trends and variances.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.Support the budgeting process for the SEA, including developing assumptions, gathering data, and consolidating budgets.Monitor and analyze regional cash flow and working capital.Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.Additional Skills:Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and financial regulations.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in a FP&A role with strong business partnering experience.Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and SAP systems.Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
