We are looking for a proactive and seasoned FP&A Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis team. This position will involve overseeing the development and execution of our financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Your main task will be to collaborate closely with top management to offer financial insights and analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.

Description:

  • Develop and manage the annual budget and rolling forecast, ensuring precision and alignment with business strategies.
  • Perform financial modeling and analysis to support strategic projects, mergers & acquisitions, and other crucial business decisions.
  • Create financial reports and presentations for senior management, conveying complex financial data clearly.
  • Monitor and assess financial performance against budget and forecast, pinpointing variances and suggesting corrective measures.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization, such as business unit heads, operations, and sales.
  • Keep updated on prevailing financial trends, rules, and top practices in FP&A.
  • Spot and implement process enhancements to boost the efficiency and efficacy of the FP&A function.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly in the retail / consumer goods sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of tailoring financial information for diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting methods.
  • Experience with budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with financial data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is advantageous.
