Business Development Assistant

- Asssit and ensure that all Project information is well analyzed and turned to potential prospects.
- Ensure all marketing tools (track records, presentation, brochure, website) are updated consistently with the support of the BD support group.
- Ensure that all company's procedures and checklists are followed.
- Support and liaise with all relevant departments within the organization efficiently and maintain a high standard of performance.
- Fully understand the project requirements and Subcontractor responsibilities.
- To follow up with Clients and maintain a strong relationship with Clients.
- Attends meeting, liaison with, and handle all discussion with a positive approach with Clients, leading to successful closure of project or any contractual disputes, if any
- To travel whenever required or requested by Client.
- Handle vendor registration with new clients and ensure validity of company approved vendor qualification with existing clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Min Degree in any Qualification
- Preferably at least one (1) year of fulltime experience in business development, marketing, and technical sales.
- Ability to gather market intelligence, compile and prepare BD reports timely, and maintain each and every category of BD procedures.
- Aggressive approach with good sound knowledge of the industry.
- Possesses good skills in interacting with people of all levels.
- Well versed in Microsoft programs such as Excel,Word
, Project, andPowerPoint
- Good spoken and written English is a prerequisite
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
