Responsibilities:

  • Utilize SAP to process and manage sales orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales orders, including order modifications and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative support, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving orderrelated issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels in SAP, ensuring alignment with sales demand.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to manage stock availability and coordinate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain customer data and salesrelated information in the SAP CRM system.
  • Generate required reports.
  • Work closely with finance, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on SAP functionalities related to order processing and customer management.

Qualifications:

  • 23 years relevant sales experience with a good exposure in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or any related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator with proficiency in SAP.
  • Strong understanding of SAP related module.
  • Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills for collaborating with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from sales data.
  • Detailoriented and committed to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly within SAP

Salary:
From RM3,000.00 per month
