Your Role in HEINEKEN

  • Lead & manage in driving all organisational learning & development programs and planning and implementation of Employee Engagement initiatives and activities
  • Support the Cluster Talent & Learning Manager (CTLM) with initiatives to build sustainable talent & succession pipeline for HMB
  • Lead in the assessment of the skills and knowledge within the company and recommend what training & development are needed to grow and retain these skills.

Key Accountabilities

_Effective implementation of relevant learning & development programs_

  • Identify training and development through job analysis & business requirements while working closely with line managers, People Partners, and employees
  • Work with CTLM to identify future training and development needs for the business by having a good understanding of each business and identify and implement future ready L&D programs
  • Work with CTLM to design and expand development programmes and develop an annual training calendar that best meet the needs of the company
  • Support and assist the CTLM to customise/localise global/regional programmes
  • Schedule, plan and ensure to deliver of training and development programmes/workshops
  • Recommend or source for relevant training/development solutions, while ensuring to leverage internally available solutions in MyHR Learning platform
  • Keep abreast of training/development tools and programmes by researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning, reading relevant journals and attend relevant conference or courses
  • Support and administer the appraisal and evaluation of all aspects training and development programmes and recommend improvement
  • Ensure proper rollout of annual inhouse mandatory elearning programmes
  • Responsible for cost management of all planned programmes to ensure training expenses are kept within approved budgets
  • Process all mandatory training request, including training request from the business upon receipt of completed & signed training requisition forms

_Sustainable employee engagement strategy_

  • Lead and manage in implementation of meaningful and relevant employee engagement and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Assist the CTLM to promote an open knowledgesharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service to support organisational growth

_Boost organization capabilities_

  • Lead in ensuring Personal Development Plans (PDP) refresher programs are in place, tracking to ensure PDP in place and quality PDP
  • Lead in driving timely communications on EverGreen Performance Cycle
  • Support in administering in the ongoing operation needs for Heineken Graduate Program (HGP) and Shortterm assignment (STA)

_Operations / Others_

  • Timely submission of accrual journals every month
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned by Line Manager/Management
