Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business, hiring manager needs and specific talent pools.
  • Work with the key stakeholders to advise on the future direction of talent acquisition, giving key input on budgets, strategies and timelines.
  • Provide general training and direction related to talent acquisition process or system for HR professionals as well as hiring managers within the business.
  • Actively pursue all channels (internet, networking, social media, etc.) to form a knowledge base of where to find the best talent for each role.
  • Actively study and provide talent insights for each role, to ensure the company keeps up with times and market offerings.
  • Ensure meeting corporate brand image throughout recruiting campaings. Develop and implements recruiting plans to open requisition within competitive cost per hire. Ensure company staffing requirements are met in accordance with government requirements.
  • To adhere to Safety, Health & Environment procedures in all aspects of work.
  • To adhere to quality management requirements such as ISO, Total Quality Management, 5S, QPP, Poka Yoke and other company implemented quality standards.
  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by the superiors.
