1. Assist Manager in supervising daily operations of organization.

  • Address operational issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
  • Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
  • Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs.
  • Responsible for administrative, procurement, customer service and building facilities matters of the company.
  • Responsible for setting up and implementing procedures relating to administrative, procurement, customer service and non-operational matters of the company.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal controls.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to Management.
  • Respond to emergency situations and advise project management immediately.
  • Advocate and ensures office safety protocols.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
  • Assist in reviewing and revising on company's policies and procedures.

Pay:
RM2,500.00 per month
