General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute strategic plans to boost sales and market presence. Lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Distribution: Ensure efficient distribution channels and logistics to meet customer demands and maximize delivery efficiency.
- HR & Recruitment: Oversee HR activities, including talent acquisition, training, and employee development. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Operation, Compliance & Maintenance: Ensure smooth operations across all departments, maintain compliance with industry standards, and oversee maintenance of company facilities and equipment.
- Finance: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Work with the finance team to ensure fiscal responsibility and growth.
- General Management: Provide leadership and strategic direction for the company. Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and ensure the company runs smoothly.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities effectively.
- Experience in technology or a related field is a plus.
