Role Overview

:


As a Sales Manager at WAI Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating our sales team to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction.

In addition, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new insurance/financial advisors to expand our team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Leadership

:

Lead and manage our team of insurance advisors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.

Recruitment and Onboarding

:

Proactively identify and recruit new insurance/financial advisors to join our agency. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new advisors are equipped for success.

Sales Strategy

:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and goals in alignment with the agency's business objectives.

Client Relationship Management

:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, focusing on exceptional service and meeting their insurance/financial needs.

Performance Monitoring

:

Continuously assess and analyse sales team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and support as needed to enhance results.

Sales Metrics

:

Monitor and analyse sales metrics, prepare and present reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.

Market Research

:

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Policy Reviews

:

Collaborate with the team to review and adjust client insurance policies to ensure they are comprehensive and meet the clients' evolving needs.


Qualifications

:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the insurance/unit trusts/banking/financial services industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving sales goals and targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and sales processes.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a commitment to delivering topnotch service.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Law or a related field (preferred).

In 2018, WAI Advisory was established with a primary goal of delivering expert financial guidance to our clients. Our team consists of certified advisors who possess proficiency in legal, financial, and investment expertise.

Currently, the team is under the leadership of Casey, one of the Directors at WAI Associates Group, boasting more than 15 years of experience in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Development Manager to lead our sales team, drive our agency's sales initiatives, and take a proactive role in recruiting and onboarding new insurance/financial advisors.


Salary

:

RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
