To assist in accounting activities, including general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

  • Produce and brief monthly Profit & Loss statements to the Manager.
  • Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of all documents for recordkeeping.
  • Monitor expenses and produce weekly reports for the Manager.
  • Check Petty Cash and verify staff's claims.
  • Assist in reviewing tenancy agreements, liaising with authorities, and handling other related administrative tasks.
  • Updating/maintaining statement of account
  • Responsible for proper filing and sorting of documents
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirement:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in administrative and accounting roles is a plus.
  • A background in accounting or finance is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
  • A strong sense of responsibility for team success.
