1.To monitor and fulfil the demands according to the Aircraft Project such as Spares, OOH Components, Tools, servicing and consumables items.


  • To monitor calibrations of the Tools and equipment's then plan to send out those expired tools for calibration accordingly.
  • To source for the Materials in the BOM (Bill of Materials) List according to Aircraft project as per fix package materials prior induction of the aircraft, red tools for calibration accordingly.
  • To source for the Materials demand and present the best quotation to customer for them to approve it, for the spares which above capping and not in the fixed package.
  • To source for the repair station for out of house components which requested by customer to send it for repair, Overhaul or inspection to support the Aircraft during maintenance.
  • To source for the loan of the tools and equipment's which are not available in AAT inventory which required to support the aircraft maintenance.
  • Compile and compare the quotations received from the Vendors and carry out evaluation to select the potential Vendor to issue the PO to them.
  • To issue the Purchase Order, Repair order and Calibration order after finalized the best quote, and plan for the despatch and collection using appropriate logistic method.
  • Track the OOH components, Materials and Calibration tools and arrange for collection after repair is done by using appropriate logistic methods.
  • To produce Materials daily report to customer and all related staff and attending progress meeting as required.
  • To provide the report for all the Pricing for Purchase, Out of House (OOH), Outsource, Loan and Freight Charges to finance AR for them to submit in ONA (over and above)
  • To register new potential supplier and to update and maintain the Approved Vendor List for Quality and auditee.
  • Attend other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration/Management or any related field is typically required.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Supply Chain.
  • Experience in the MRO industry is an added advantage.

Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
