Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the hotel.
  • Train, schedule, and manage staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure quality customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints effectively.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock. (Manage food and beverage inventory).
  • Oversee cleanliness and hygiene standards, including regular cleaning schedules.
  • Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Strong Leadership, Good communication, Interpersonal skills and Multitasking skills are required.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication (required languages : Bahasa Malaysia and English)
  • Excellent time management.
  • Age 18 above and must be Malaysian citizen only.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
