Requirements

  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
  • Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
  • Work experience in the Event Service / Banquet / Catering department of a hotel is required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of event service operations, including menu planning, wine selection, and culinary trends to ensure maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget and maximizing profitability.
  • Good leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
