Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hunters International Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer support and services, always offering patient assistance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries over knowledge acquired through training (client product, continuous improvement, and refresher courses).
  • Meet and exceed all key performance indicators set by the company and the client.
  • Adhere to given works roster, including weekends, public holidays, split offs, and rest days due to business requirements.
  • Adhere to call flow procedure and processes, as well as requirements of Quality Assurance.
  • Abide by de-escalation processes that involve dissatisfied customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months relevant working experience in voice channel support in customer services.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong communication skills in oral and written, with the ability to deliver active listening and articulate step-by-step problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Russian and English is a must.
  • Always perform duties in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrate willingness and effort to offer help needed to customers and peers with respect.
  • Be attentive during training and call handling.
  • Equipped with negotiation skills and able to handle difficult customers over the phone.
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge and skills.
  • Quickly adapt to corporate environment and culture, reading email, acknowledging updates, and being responsive.
  • Always acknowledge and deliver response to Team leader or supervisor.
  • Flexible and quickly adapt to new processes and information changes.
  • Discipline, mature, positive thinking, friendly personality, and willingness to offer help.
Working Conditions:

April to September: Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm EST (weekdays only)

October to March: Monday to Sunday, 9am to 9pm EST (due to daylight saving) + weekends

Working Roster: 5 days per week, each shift is 9 hours duration, including 1-hour lunch break and 15-minute short break

Work Location:

KL Sentral (Fully in Office)

Remuneration:

Total Package up to MYR 8,000

RM7700 + KPI - up to RM300 + night shift allowance
