Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hunters International Sdn Bhd. As a bilingual Customer Support Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone calls, ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer support and services, providing patient assistance and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, utilizing knowledge acquired through training and continuous improvement programs.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators set by the company and clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Adhere to call flow procedures, quality assurance requirements, and de-escalation processes to handle dissatisfied customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant working experience in voice channel support in customer services.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong communication skills in oral and written, with the ability to articulate step-by-step problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Russian and English is a must.
  • Ability to work in a professional manner, demonstrate willingness to offer help, and be attentive during training and call handling.
  • Equipped with negotiation skills and able to handle difficult customers over the phone.
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge and skills.
  • Quickly adapt to corporate environment and culture, reading email, acknowledging updates, and being responsive.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to new processes and information changes.
  • Discipline, mature, positive thinking, friendly personality, and willingness to offer help.
Working Conditions:

Shift timing: April to September (Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm EST) and October to March (Monday to Sunday, 9am to 9pm EST, including weekends). Working roster: 5 days per week, with 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour lunch break and 15-minute short breaks.

Work location: KL Sentral (Fully in Office).

Remuneration: Total package up to MYR 8,000, including RM 7,700 + KPI (up to RM 300) and night shift allowance.
