Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building to expand the customer base.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products/services, highlighting their features and benefits to meet the needs of potential clients.

Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide insights to the team to refine sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.

Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Generate regular reports to update the management team on sales performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to handle objections and turn challenges into opportunities.

Customer Focus: Dedication to providing excellent customer service. Understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor solutions accordingly.

Results-Oriented: Driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proven ability to take initiative and work independently.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.

Additional Skills:

  • Experienced in Electronics Manufacturing Industry is an advantage.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Tools

How to Apply:

Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
