**Overall Job objectives**
- Execute sales activities to get orders from customer after promoting and marketing company product.

**Core responsibilities**
- Provide sales and marketing activities to existing customer and searching for new customer.
- Take care existing customer and searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions as wanted.
- Able developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Calculate client quotation and administering client accounts.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education by provide product training to customers.
- Works on after sales support services and providing technical back up as required.
- Help in the design of custom made products and providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
- Prepare sales reports timely to inform leader regarding customer situation and requirement.
- Key in customer information and need in company system.
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Make technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
- Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Follow up payment from customer.
- Execute sales activities with minimum supervision.
- Increase number of account and sales amount.
- Establish customer satisfaction for maintaining long term business relationship

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
