1-Year Contract (renewable based on performance)

Bangsar South (Walking distance from the LRT Kerinchi station)

Working Hours:

Rotating Shift (9 hours shift in between 6 AM to 2 AM)

Working Days:
5 days per week (including weekends and Public Holidays)

Basic Salary Range:

RM 1,800 - RM 2,000 (based on experiences & education level)

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible to handle the inbound calls and assist with customers' inquiries, order placement, service requests and customer complaints.
  • Perform outbound calls to existing customers to update on the current promo code, crosssell latest products.
  • Maintain minimum call quality score set by the company.
  • Perform outbound calls as and when it is required, especially followup cases, order confirmation, etc.
  • Identifying, and escalating priority issues, and reporting to the respective department.
  • Record details of conversation which includes but are not limited to comments, inquiries, complaints, and action taken.
  • Assist in adhoc duties as and when it is required.

Requirements:

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in call center/sales/customer service.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.

MUST be able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays

  • Fresh Graduates (Diploma/Degree) with passion in Customer Service field are encouraged to apply.
