公司背景:馬來西亞新建客戶服務中心,總人數約15人

薪資範圍:RM3000 - RM4000

職位描述:
- 及時提供良好的客戶服務。
- 識別並評估客戶的需求以達到滿意。
- 負責以優質的方式處理所有客戶的詢問和回饋。
- 管理並確保及時滿足客戶要求。
- 確保維護準確的系統資料和記錄。
- 協助介面測試、系統設定測試、問題收集、整合和故障排除。
- 提供產品相關資訊並協助投標資料的處理。
- 確定流程改善的機會,以增強整體客戶體驗。
- 解決 IT 問題並解決客戶抱怨。
- 根據每月記分卡績效管理並嚴格遵守標準作業程序、公司和監管指南/政策和標準要求,遵守並交付服務關鍵績效指標。
- 當客戶服務部門人手不足時,支援其他團隊成員。

資質:
- 任何領域的最低 STPM、文憑或學位。
- 擁有豐富的客戶服務或技術支援經驗,最好是在 IT 產業。
- 強大的數據分析和製表能力、溝通能力和出色的演示能力。
- 精通國語和英語的候選人優先。優先考慮能說流利普通話的候選人,因為該職位要求候選人與說普通話的客戶打交道。
- 能夠在週末和公共假期工作。
- 滿足打字要求(1分鐘50W)
- 鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
