About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Specialist to join our team.

This role is critical for supporting our Digital Applications Management department, focusing on payroll configuration, customization, and interfacing with external systems.

If you have extensive experience in SAP HCM and payroll, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide handson configuration and customization of SAP HCM with a focus on payroll.
  • Interface SAP HCM payroll with external systems.
  • Act as secondlevel support for SAP HCM modules: Payroll, Personal Administration, Organizational Management, and Time & Attendance.
  • Support implementation projects across the APAC region.
  • Conduct quality assurance, process monitoring, and improvement.
  • Design and conduct training programs for endusers.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and procedural measures, including group guidelines and training.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in SAP HCM, particularly in payroll configuration and customization.
  • Strong experience interfacing SAP HCM payroll with external systems.
  • Professional experience with companies similar Europeanstyle management firms.
  • Knowledge of payroll requirements in Malaysia and Hong Kong; knowledge of payroll in India is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with HR integration with other SAP modules (FI and CO) and interfaces within SAP architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
