Responsibilities:

Office Infrastructure Wizard: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and furniture inventories, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our team.

Master of Maintenance: Address building maintenance issues promptly, from leaky roofs to pesky termites, ensuring our space remains conducive to productivity and collaboration.

Finance Maestro: Manage petty cash reports, source quotations, and handle vendor liaisons with finesse, ensuring financial processes are seamless and efficient.

Logistics Extraordinaire: Coordinate meetings, workshops, and field trips, providing logístical support to ensure they run seamlessly, whether in person or virtually.

Guardian of Organization Development: Report regularly on administrative progress, coordinate policy updates, and provide support to HR initiatives, ensuring our organization operates at its peak.

Requirements:

Passion for Impact: Diploma/Degree qualifications with proven work experience in administrative roles, demonstrating a commitment to driving positive change.
