Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our operations.

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthend and yearend closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Handle full set accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance activities to minimize tax liabilities and risks.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs and investment decisions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with senior management to evaluate investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (MIA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Microsoft Excel.
