Work with company CEO MD to strategically HR plan.
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
- Handles industrial relations, discipline, and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR activities and processes, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, policies and procedure.
- Maintain and review the Company’s HR Policy, SOPs and Employee Handbook and recommend improvements on HR practices and in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
- Good in recruitment.

**Job Requirement**
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field.
- Have 8-10 years of management experience in HR.
- Solid understanding of labour legislation.
- Possess excellent decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills.
- Positive and expert in stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Energetic personality, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels, mature and able to work independently.
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and related HR software programs.
- Good command of English and Mandarin will be highly preferable.
- Possess own transport and able to travel when necessary.
