HR and Admin Assistant

Job Scope:
- To handle HR matters including recruitment, employee appraisal, update staff personal updates and records.
- Assist in preparing staff payroll and wages
- Administer the employee's attendance system including monitoring workers attendance
- Work closely with department heads to solve day-to
- day HR operational matters
- Communicate with government body on statutory related matters.
- To administer other administration tasks related to office & equipment, insurance, licensing, company vehicles, hotel & flight arrangements, etc.
- To handle any ad-hoc work that is assigned by the Management.
**Requirements**:
- A recognized Certificate in Human Resources or its equivalent.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of working experience in related fields.
- Resourceful, organized and excellent interpersonal skills with good problem solving.
- Knowledge of computer is preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good command of English and Malay language, both verbal and written with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
