Payroll Executive

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong learning ability, proactive work attitude, and good character.
- Excellent communication skills, outstanding analytical and problemsolving abilities, rich knowledge of practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently, complete tasks within tight deadlines, and handle pressure.
- Proficient in computer skills with MS Office and ERP systems.
- Experience with HRMS payroll systems and proficiency in Mandarin Chinese would be an additional advantage.
Job Scopes:
- Manage and always keep uptodate al employee's data using payroll software.
- Assist with onboarding of new staf by updating employee personal data into
- Payroll software
- Register all new employees with statutory bodies as required
- Collect and verify attendance information for all employees on a regular and timely manner
- Key in employee attendance and overtime data into payroll software on a weekly basis
- Assist with HRrelated documentation and compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, office safety regulations, and HR procedures
- Assist in adhoc duties as and when required by the management
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by Department Manager /Director
