About the role:
- Build reliable, trusty, and longterm relations with assigned customers
- Negotiate & motivate customers to carry out their loan's obligations
- Provide an up to date information to customers about their current debt and channels of repayment
- Follow up with customers who did not fulfill their promises to pay
- Establish repayment schedules based on customer's financial situations
- Fulfil the KPI's established by Collection managers
- Provide highquality customer service for delinquent clients based on best practices
Skills and knowledge:
- Problemsolving and argumentation ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Negotiation skills to persuade customers to repay the debt
- Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
- Customeroriented and has good customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Honest, proactive, customeroriented and detailfocused
- Meticulous and timeliness in meeting deadlines
- Team player
Essential Experience / Criteria:
- Experienced in related field (Financing, Servicing)
- Enthusiasm towards learning.
- Able to perform critical problem solving & perform excellent communication skill.
- Able to communicate in fluent in Bahasa & English, Chinese speaking will be an advantage in the role.
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
- Experienced in related field will be an advantages on the role.
- Additional Language : Able to communicate in Chinese will be an advantages on the role.
