- Develop and implement QA/QC protocols to identify, document, and address any quality issues or deviations from project specifications, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with project teams to conduct regular inspections and audits, ensuring that all aspects of the projects meet the company's quality expectations and standards.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced business environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Valuation, Architecture, Town Planning, Quantity Survey, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Business Studies, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in business development, real estate, or investment, with significant experience in the Chinese market.
- Demonstrated success in promoting real estate projects and securing foreign investment, showcasing expertise and results-driven approach.
- Strong network of contacts within the Chinese investment community and real estate sector, leveraging relationships to drive business growth.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, ensuring effective collaboration and business outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities and a results-oriented approach, driving business growth and revenue.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
