YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists to establish reliable sources to supply goods and services; negotiates, obtains best quotations and prepares general correspondence from drafts, coordinates, raises and followsup on purchase orders.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for office supplies.
  • Maintains and files purchase orders.
  • Coordinates Risk Assurance claims and related matters.
  • Coordinates and maintain files for Car Stickers.
  • Provide front desk support during lunch break, alternate Saturdays and as necessary to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Carry out all front desk duties in the event the person incharge is an absence which including collating and distribute outgoing mail and courier, assists in maintenance issues pertaining to photocopier, telecommunication and electricity breakdown, assists in account division, and maintains vigilance with respect to potential security problems.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Executive, Human Resource as assigned from time to time.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or its equivalent.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 2 year (s) of working experience in administration line.
  • Able to start immediately.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday & Alternate Saturday.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
