Attends to all incoming calls and route calls appropriately to pertinent individual.

  • Sorts all incoming mails/courier service and ensure distribution is made to the right recipient
  • Handle walkin at reception counter, welcoming visitors with greetings, clear direction and address them appropriately.
  • Set up meeting rooms for all meetings and assist in event management
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping and distribution of items to internal colleagues
  • Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, suppliers and customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Good customer service attitude with pleasant, helpful, friendly personality, professional and tidy appearance.
  • Fresh graduates will be considered.
  • Must have own transport
Salary RM2,000.00

Salary:
RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
