Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Applicant must be Malaysian
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate, competency in Words/Excel is an added advantage
  • Able to work independently on tight deadlines, independent and fast learner
  • Able to work in multitask

Responsibility & Duties:

  • Responsible for monitoring operational crew compliance and changes to crew rosters Require regular liaison with crew management, OCC team and other network operation management;
  • Providing report to OCC department for any occurrence during shift
  • Leading and supporting team members by fast respond and establish good decision for a smooth operation;
  • Ensuring all officers have situational awareness for an advance planning in case of any events
  • Manage action, follow up and provide feedback on the current situation to higher management
  • Ensuring flights depart on schedule and crew covered with required crew compliment;
  • Planning and maintaining crew schedule day to day in accordance to rules and regulations
  • Monitoring crew checkin and communicating with crew for roster changes;
  • Assign unassigned pairing, ad hoc pairing and standby crew duties in accordance with the company flight and duty limitations;
  • To ensure sufficient number of days off are given to crew in the period of 28 days;
  • To ensure crews are given minimum of 12 hours' rest in prior to proceeding for their next duty
  • To raise report on cabin crew that reported sick less than 6 hours before reporting time To raise report on tech crew that reported sick less than 4 hours before reporting time To advise crew on flight cancellation and retiming via SMS followed by call;
  • To action on all unassigned duty and notified to crew via SMS and call;

RM1,500.00 per month
