Job Descriptions:

  • To perform administrative tasks such as typing, copying, binding, scanning, and filing.
  • To assist in organizing the filling system & manage documentation in the proper record.
  • To assist on arrangement for office equipment maintenance and inventory database
  • To manage incoming call and attend to visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • To ensure that the daily administrative needs are fulfilled.
  • To ensure all correspondences and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To be responsible for rendering all administration duty.
  • Handle daily administrative activities, including reception duties.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Job Requirement:

  • Min 12 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good command of spoken & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is required.
