Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors:
Welcome clients, guests, and employees with a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Answer and direct phone calls:
Manage a multi-line phone system, route calls to the appropriate department, and take detailed messages when necessary.

Provide information:

Offer information about the company, products, and services to clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate resources.


Manage appointments and schedules:
Coordinate meeting room bookings, manage conference room schedules, and assist in organizing appointments for executives.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail:
Distribute mail and packages to the relevant departments, and manage outgoing shipments.

Maintain the reception area:
Ensure the front office is tidy, organized, and well-presented, creating a welcoming environment for visitors.

Assist with administrative tasks:
Provide support to various departments with tasks such as data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as needed.

Manage office supplies:
Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks.

Maintain security:
Enforce security protocols by issuing visitor badges, monitoring access, and alerting appropriate personnel to any security concerns.
