Responsible for the general administration and profitability of the operation of the Front Office Department

  • Attends operations briefing and highlights important points from the daily guests' arrival list, occupancy forecast, causes for variance in reservations forecast and previous days' occupancy against forecast
  • Conducts Front Office Meetings on a regular basis and highlights observations in service areas for further improvement.
  • Provide constant service improvement to superior to ensure that the hotel's operation is smooth
  • Assist in the preopening hotels or relevant hotel's operation with the superior
  • Prepares annual budget and CAPEX for the department
  • Prepares and ensure that all required reports are being prepared
  • Ensures effective and efficient implementation of Front Office policies and procedures
  • Resolves conflicts and/or problems existing in the department.
  • Oversees and assists the Front Desk during heavy checkin and checkout.
  • Conduct departmental training and to monitor that it is being conducted on monthly basis
  • Observes department standard grooming

Job Types:

RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
