JOB DESCRIPTION
ADMINISTRATIVE/HUMAN RESOURCE

Brief description


The position of administrative/human resource consists of being responsible for providing administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient operations, also responsible for managing every aspect of employment process including payroll management, HR system.


Tasks

  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages;
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports;
  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals;
  • Make travel arrangements for executives;
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management, database systems, and performing essential book keeping work;
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation software;
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR systems;
  • Assist in performance management process;
  • Manage the disciplinary and grievance issues;
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, employee data, etc);
  • Prepare payroll documents every month;
