Job Description:
-


  • Preparation of monthly financial and management reports for submission to Management; ensure preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
  • Provide monthly performance, expenses and variance analysis for management and operation purposes;
  • Leading the finance team for all aspects of financial accounting including manufacturing accounts, accounts receivables, accounts payables, inventory and general ledger, to ensure proper posting and timely preparation of month end closing;
  • Cash and working capital management, including preparation of cash flow forecast, treasury and banking/financing arrangement;
  • Preparation of forecast, yearly budget and tracking of performance against budget; Assist in setting up accounting work flows and processes, with effective control, to ensure efficient information flow and compliance with accounting reports;
  • Liaison with external auditors for yearly audit and follow up the audit findings;
  • Prepare monthly tax estimate and liaise with tax agent for yearly tax submission
  • Liaison with bankers, company secretary, tax authority, government departments and other relevant parties;
  • Knowledge of ISO would be an added advantage;
  • In charge of any ad hoc assignment given.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field with managing or supervisory capacity; experience from manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving skills and able to work with all levels
  • Competent in MS-Office, familiar with accounting software and ERP system
