This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading MNC global company that is expanding its Global Business Services (GBS) operations in Malaysia. We are currently hiring for a dynamic and visionary SSC Finance Transition and Transformation Project Director to lead this pivotal transformation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Shape the Future: Develop and implement an inspiring APAC GBS vision that drives substantial, complex transformations to achieve our strategic goals and objectives. Your innovative approach will set the tone for the entire organization.Lead Change: Spearhead the Transformation Program, creating a clear and compelling vision of change supported by robust, evidence-based business cases. Be the catalyst for transformation. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Strategic Roadmap: Design, lead, and consolidate a forward-thinking GBS roadmap that aligns with our strategic vision. Management : Establish clear project mandates, charters, and milestones to ensure precise execution and successful project outcomes.Implementation : Facilitate and manage project implementations, overcoming challenges with innovative solutions and unwavering determination.Resource Optimization: Oversee and monitor Capex and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization and maximum impact. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SLA Excellence: Design, lead, and manage SSC SLA, RSLA, and governance with customers, ensuring unparalleled service delivery and customer satisfaction.KPI Mastery: Set ambitious SSC KPIs targets and process improvement plans with service lines, driving continuous performance enhancement.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze SSC KPIs results, providing detailed insights to drive data-driven decisions and strategic adjustments. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Innovation Champion: Promote a continuous improvement mindset, driving efficiency and compliance initiatives, and benchmarking both internally and externally.Technological Advancement: Introduce and promote cutting-edge technologies to simplify and standardize processes, aligning with the global roadmap and propelling us into the future.Documentation Excellence: Facilitate and manage SSC documentation, ensuring policies, SOPs, and work instructions are up-to-date and effective. BUDGET MANAGEMENT Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and FTE variances for all service lines, driving performance with SSC leadership and implementing corrective actions as needed.Process Optimization: Create and monitor guidelines for financial processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Requirements : INNOVATION SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Business Insight: Broad-based understanding of business operations and practices, enabling strategic decision-making.Shared Services Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Shared Services, ensuring optimal service delivery and efficiency.Assessment Proficiency: Familiarity with assessment tools and their application, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.Technological Savvy: Ability to drive organizational improvement through new technology and processes, staying ahead of industry trends.
