Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within the SME sector.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Present and promote our services, including SME loans, government grants, and training and teambuilding programs, to prospective clients.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and provide expert advice on the best solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including consulting, finance, and training departments, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including sales forecasts and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales, preferably within the business consulting or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of SME loans, government grants, and training and teambuilding services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Pay:
RM2, RM10,000.00 per month
