Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and handle administrative related works for all leasingrelated activities, assist to lease out, secure and monitor occupancy of the company's properties, review and negotiate lease transactions and agreements, etc.
  • Responsible for renewing leases on a timely basis, and manage all tenancyrelated errands, including lease documentation, monthly reports, credit control, annual rental budget forecast, etc.
  • Ensure that all lease files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with statute and company policy.
  • Prepare tenant lease documents, including a letter of offer, tenancy agreement, management reports, and other related documentation.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with tenants, prospects, real estate agents, and public and media relations in order to retain existing tenants and attract prospects for occupancy growth.
  • Liaise with other departments on leasingrelated matters including rental and deposit collection, fitout, operations, and other adhoc matters that may arise from time to time.
  • Other duties to be assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Sound knowledge of the retail market.
  • Knowledge of strata will be an added advantage.
  • Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A team player, meticulous and customeroriented with good management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
