We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer complaints
