Job Responsibilities:
As an HR Executive at Al-Hamra Integrated School, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of human resources within the organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation programs, explaining company policies and procedures, and assisting with necessary paperwork.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns, promoting a healthy work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements. Communicate policies to employees and provide guidance on their implementation.

Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, leave records, and attendance tracking. Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A proactive and problemsolving mindset.
Salary:
RM2, RM3,400.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kota Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
