The Opportunity


Our client is looking for a
Customer Care Consultant to be a part of their growing team based in our Manila ASW Global Office.

Working closely with the Claims, Customer Care, and Broker teams, as a back office agent you will be responsible for ensuring a variety of support tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

You will be an important part of the team, ensuring the customers are given excellent service in line with our client's service level agreements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Providing all customers with an outstanding experience, being responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients, and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Work to set customer experience milestones by responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed the Customer Fanatic team metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
  • Correctly handles cases and follows processes and procedures.
  • Sets and adheres to callbacks

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software (Salesforce), and strong typing skills.
  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
  • Strong time management and decisionmaking skills.
  • Adaptability and accountability.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
