Junior Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Responsibilities:

  • Perform secretarial duties such as scheduling and attending meetings with MD.
  • To follow up and report the progress of action taken as mentioned in the minutes of the meeting.
  • To provide administration support to the MD and daily operations duties.
  • To assist in personal finance and investment matters and dealing with relevant parties.
  • To perform any adhoc tasks assigned by MD and to assist MD's general matters.
  • To provide general, specialized, confidential and timesensitive operational and administrative support in accurate and flexible manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Required Skill(s): MS Office, well versed in social media.
  • On the job training will be provided.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
