Role Purpose:

  • Maximize flight load with optimize network revenue by focusing on capacity and yield management.

Key Accountability:

  • Proactively coordinate and ensure all Load Management System (LMS) processes are carried out as per guidelines.
  • Accountable for decision on accepting/rejecting of booking in LMS referred queue as per guideline.
  • Communicate with Regional Managers on any space or recovery or flight movement matters in timely manner.
  • Consistent communication with MK Operation team on any loading activities and ensure loading executed as per plan with the objective to maximize load factor.
  • Manage available capacity effectively for load maximization and control unnecessary overbooking.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree in any related field, or
  • Diploma in any related field, or
  • SPM/SPMV

Years of Experience:

  • Degree 2 years in Aviation Industry
  • Diploma 4 years in Aviation Industry
