Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for payroll, compensation & benefits salary payment, allowance, overtime, statutory payment.
  • Maintaining HR records such as personnel documents, staff leave records, and attendance record of all employees in an organized manner.
  • Maintain and update the job description record, employee handbook, HR policy from time to time.
  • Responsible for preparation and followup on HR documents such as memos, appointment letters, promotions, confirmation, transfers, termination, show cause and suspension letter.
  • Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Recruitment and selection activities
  • Scheduling and arranging for interview, handling preemployment process.
  • Liaise with AIA, Panel Clinic to update the employee status (resignation or confirmation).
  • To liaise with the government bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, JTK, JKKP when necessary.
  • Maintaining a systematic filling system for both electronic and paper.
  • Coordinate, formulate, implement, and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure adherence of processes to company SOPs and instituting SOPs across departments.
  • Listen and address employee's grievances by providing counselling and advice.
  • Continuous communication to all employees in ensuring the understanding and compliance on company policies and procedures, laws, and regulations.
  • Implementation HR policies and procedures in accordance with Company's rules and regulations, Malaysia Labour Law & Employment Act.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the purchase of air tickets, hotel bookings and transport arrangements for management and visitors.
  • Assist in office administration activities, manage procurement of all office supplies of stationery, supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Any adhoc HR assignments/events/activities.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills with a firm, decisive and mature personality.
  • Achievement orientated, selfstarter, independent and possess a high degree of selfmotivation and able to work under pressure and multitasking.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in English will be added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Willing to travel if necessary.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
