Human Resource Executive Admin General Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Executives, compile and update employee records (hardcopy and softcopy).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personal activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys etc) and take minutes meeting.
  • Deal with employee request regarding Human Resources issues, rules and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, bonus etc).
  • Communicate with public service when necessary.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years working experience as an HR assistant, Executive, staff assisstant or relevant Human Resource / Administrative position.
  • PC literacy (MS Office, in particular).
  • Familiarity with an HRIS or HRMS.
  • Handson experience with ATS software and resume database.
  • Strong knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
