Human Resource Executive Admin General Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Executives, compile and update employee records (hardcopy and softcopy).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personal activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys etc) and take minutes meeting.
- Deal with employee request regarding Human Resources issues, rules and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, bonus etc).
- Communicate with public service when necessary.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- At least 5 years working experience as an HR assistant, Executive, staff assisstant or relevant Human Resource / Administrative position.
- PC literacy (MS Office, in particular).
- Familiarity with an HRIS or HRMS.
- Handson experience with ATS software and resume database.
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
